Module is designed for performance of transactions with materials and low value items, store accounting, report generation on the basis of executable transactions. Module provides for:

Execution of the following transactions:

• receipt to store (acquisition, transfer from one balance to another)
• distribution from store (distribution to production, realization, transfer from one balance to another)
• return to store
• migration (amongst stores, departments, materially-responsible persons)
• stock-taking by stores and materially-responsible persons (maintenance of stock-taking and collation statements, adjustment of inventory discrepancies)
• writing off and retirement with compensation of sum from materially-responsible persons
• transfer from one category to another (transfer of materials to low value items, transfer of materials to fixed assets, transfer of low value items to materials, transfer of low value items to fixed assets).

Materials in the transactions may be registered both in accounting units and in packages with recalculation into accounting units.

Maintenance of low value items after their wear-out.

Accrual of deterioration when putting low value items into operation.

Writing off of materials to expenses when distribution to production.

Accounting of transport-purchasing charges included in the cost of materials and low value items.

Calculation of an actual cost of materials by FIFO, LIFO and weighted average methods. Calculation accuracy is adjusted (maximum 18 places after the decimal).

Maintenance of unified card index for materials and low value items.

Maintenance of materials and low value items classifier. The classifier is designed under open architecture principle that allows adding of new items without breaking of its structure. Adjustment of encoding rules for a nomenclature number is provided.

Control of materials and low value items. Control of illiquid assets, over-normative and deficient positions in accordance with maximum and minimum inventory levels by stores and organization on the whole is provided. Control of inventory levels with initiation of additional authorization for purchasing and distribution.
