Maintenance of supplemental information on salary: banking details for transfer of employee salary, payment systems, kinds of allowances, kinds of deductions, percentages of sick-lists according to seniority, classification of employees by group of allowances and deductions and others.

Maintenance of data for salary accounting:

• general information (system of remuneration of labour, advance, percentages of deduction of union dues and other fees);
• kinds of additional allowances and deductions (by enforcement order, by loan, by insurance and others);
• order of transfer of all salary or its part to the bank or by post;
• data of inter-settlement period: sick-lists, holiday pays, bonuses, unscheduled advances and others.

Flexible adjustment of salary accounting with regard to computational algorithm of income tax, assessments to funds, calculation of sick-lists and vacations, adding of new kinds of allowances and deductions and algorithms for their forming, rounding of sums given to hand etc.

Salary accounting of the current month by all systems of remuneration of labour approved by the organization subject to all kinds of allowances and deductions. Salary accounting by the whole organization, by departments and particular employees. Automatic transfer of debts for the last months during salary accounting.

Charge of lump sums (aid, bonuses, holiday pay).

Recalculation of taxes for the last months in automatic mode.

Correction of data of the current month with following salary recalculation.

Data generation for the module providing for transfers.

Generation of the following reports:

• wage sheets (in the context of banks, cash desks, post-offices, where salary is given);
• calculation lists;
• summary report on allowances and deductions;
• reports of social insurance and pension fund;
• report of number of employment and salary for submission to the state statistics authority.
