This module is designed to issue invoices to purchasers of goods and services provided by budget organizations, as well as to perform incoming payments monitoring for supervision of accounts receivable settlement.

The module provides:

Issue of accounts receivable.

Generation and delivery of accounts receivable in accordance with contract payment schedules.

Search and review of accounts receivable. Performance of operations referred to particular account receivable.

Recording on the accounts receivable paying off. It is possible to accept both total and partial payments. Payments can be receipt through funds transfer or cashier’s office, linked to accounts receivable. While linking it is supervised whether the account receivable attributes match the payment data. It is possible to accept payments from third parties against supplier’s debt.

Return of payment referred to account receivable. This is supervised for not exceeding of amount received. Payments can be returned through funds transfer or cashier’s office. It is possible to return payments to third parties against supplier’s debt.

Repeated opening of account receivable already closed. It is possible to cancel account-closing operation.

Automatic closing of account receivable on completion of all operations. Closed accounts are stored in archive.

Recording of losses from goods disposal referred to account receivable.

Recording of incoming payments, debts, income or loss referred to account receivable.

Processing of overextended accounts.

Write-off bad debts referred to account receivable.

Review of operations referred to account receivable.

Recovery of expenditures referred to commitment using incoming payments against account receivable.

Report generation on accounts with payments due, on paid and overextended accounts, on purchaser’s debts.
