All accounts, commitments and contracts with the suppliers referred to particular budget organization are linked with the budget organization record in the Budget Organization Register. Capability of linking of any kind of electronic document to the client information file is available. Budget organizations may be grouped by different indicators. Access rights assigned to Treasury employees may be connected with the particular budget organizations, groups of budget organizations, accounts, etc. Administrators of budgetary funds having subsidiaries constitute special groups. All information concerned with subsidiaries is available for head organization of such group. The number of budget organizations hierarchy levels is not limited in the system. Historical records are maintained for budget organization and account registers, i.e. all changes of attributes are logged and date/time stamped. It is possible to review the budget organization / account history in chronological order with an indication of the date and type of modification made from the opening to the closing of budget organization or its account. Information on closed budget organizations and accounts is archived, but not deleted from the system. It is possible to review Budget Organization Register and Account Register sorted into user-defined order: by part of name, by budget organization code, by account, etc. According to the selected list different reports may be generated. |
