On March 27, 2019, a ceremony was held to present FinAward 2019, one of the most authoritative professional awards in the area of new product and IT solution implementations in the financial sector, and it was the 19th annual ceremony of its kind. Colvir Software Solutions was represented by Karina Buyanova, its marketing and PR manager.
This award was instituted in 2012, and since then the respective ceremony has been conducted each year by the Banking Review magazine, in order to identify and reward the most outstanding banking and financial products, services, solutions, their delivery methods, as well as their creators.
The ceremony provided a platform for summarizing the outcomes of 2018 in terms of the most successful projects in the following categories:
- Banks and payment services (implementations in the areas of customer interaction, block chain, information security, banking and service products)
- Star marketing
- Non-bank credit institutions
- Asset and investment management
Contenders for the winner title were selected by secret ballot. The list of nominations and nominees was compiled by the Banking Review publisher company, and then considered by an Expert Council made up of top representatives from the financial sector and banking infrastructure companies. The council lineup is open and is published by all official resources.
Karina Buyanova, Marketing and PR Manager:
«FinAward is one of the most important and prestigious financial community awards, and an award with many years of history. It is a brand per se, that has a strong association with advanced implementation innovations, with interesting and significant domestic projects. Colvir Software Solutions treats FinAward with a lot of interest and attention. We hope that in foreseeable future we will take an active part in this event both as Expert Panel members, as well as in the capacity of competitors. We thank the organizers for the invitation!»
The gala award presentation ceremony brought together some 300 specially invited guests – presidents, Board members, CFOs and IT department heads from top banks, as well as developers and system integrators.
