The 4th International Banking Forum on “Cashless Economy: Sustainable Banking” took place in Baku on November 6 and 7. The event was held at the conference hall of the prestigious Boulevard hotel, and it has brought together all key personalities in the banking community, ranging from representatives executives from public financial and economic entities to managers of large banks, business and non-government entities. We are particularly pleased with the fact that Colvir Software Solutions was a key partner of this event that is one of two best known and largest-scale financial events in the region.
On the first day of the forum the audience was addressed by Evgeny Guschin Colvir Software Solutions Director of Product Development. He presented a paper entitled “Digital Transformation of Internal Processes in a Bank”. In his presentation Evgeny dwelt in some detail on future automation of enterprise back office, as well as traced the development path covered by automation tools: from the emergence of first CBS to their evolution into a multibank enabling control of all back office processes through a single accounting system.
The key mission of the event was to provide banking professionals with a platform for discussing industry development roadmap. Thus in the course of the two-day event discussions touched upon cashless economy, digitization, current industry status and its near future, as well as many other important subjects. We are always happy to participate in such forums and, for the good of our industry, share our expertise accumulated over decades.
